Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

•    You’ve completed the contact form
•    You’ve become a member of the site
•    You have commented on a blog post

We use the information that you have given us in order to communicate with you. This information will only be shared outside of Carly Cook Creative if required by law to do so.

Your information is securely stored. 

We keep your name and email address for 24 months. We will then dispose your information by deleting it from our databases.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
